Just now I had two incidences hit me right away, and they hit me hard! Allow me to explain....
Last night I received an email from my friend "D.". He sent me a picture of the Aurora Borealis. This very moment I'm having an email conversation with my friend "K." He said he would be going to Hawaii this year for his honeymoon.
Here's the nice little bit of synchronicity: Just a few moments ago I went to a spiritual forum and saw a post made by a person called "Aurora Borealis", and the subject of his post was "Hawaiian Rules".

Do you suppose that this could also be described as "coincidence". Not sure, sounds like in the one things would have to happen at the same time, and in the other a reasonable amount of time would have to pass between the occurances.
I try to watch for coincidence ever since I heard Depak Chopra give a lecture on this as I was leaving on a trip to the hot springs. Kept noticing inter-relationships in the way things were occurring which I hadn't noticed before.
Come to think of it "synchronicity" is a good moniker for this.

I don't know that I could call these "coincidences" or not. Here's why:
From the time I was born until a little over a year ago, I didn't notice these "coincidences". In fact, I didn't notice or pay attention to them until I became "spiritual". Then they started happening more and more often. I notice when I go in my "dead states", they stop happening. When I say "dead states", I mean the periods of time when I'm feeling unspiritual. Every now and then I go back to the mundanity of everyday life, not giving spirituality a second thought. It is during these times that these coincidences stop happening.
I do know when they happen I get a great thrill from them, and for me they tend to support my thoughts that there is more going on behind the curtain that covers my eyes.
